Q: How long is my company ID & Password good for?
A: All company information is kept in the database for one year past the last activity date.
Q: How long are my courses listed?
A: Seminars, continuing education and Web based training (WBT) courses are listed in Seminar Finder for one year. All public and private seminars, continuing education and WBT courses must be renewed after one year. New public dates can be added and unlimited modifications made at any time using the members administration page.
Q: How do I modify my company and course information?
A: To make any additions or modifications to your listings, simply go to the members administrative page at: seminarfinder.com/members. Remember, you need your ID (name) and Password to access the member pages. If you don't already have them, click here to get them.
Q: How do I get priority listings in search results and have a link to more information about my courses?
A: Upgrade your listing(s) to a "deluxe listing". To order please see the current rate card and order form in your member administration section.
Q: What are deluxe listings?
A: With Deluxe Listings, you can list expanded course descriptions, seminar dates, seminar leader biographies, and registration information. Visitors can register for your courses securely online! Your deluxe listings will appear first in search and browsing results.
With your first deluxe seminar listing, you can also list up to two pages of descriptive text about your company with links to your existing Web site - FREE! Please go to the current rate card and order form in your members section to sign up for deluxe listing(s).
For an example of a deluxe listing do a search for the course topic "Media". You will see that the American Press Institute's deluxe seminar "Real Journalism: Returning to Core Values" is listed first in the search results with expanded information pages linked from the company name and seminar title. Remember, with just one deluxe listing, even all your standard course listings will have a link to your expanded company information page! :-)
Q: How do I order and create my deluxe course listings?
A: First place your order with the current rate card and order form in your members section.
Then, simply go to your administration page at seminarfinder.com/members and click on "create deluxe course listing" and fill out the easy form. With your first deluxe seminar listing, you also receive a free company information page - simply click on "create deluxe company listing" and fill in that form also.
Q: Our seminar company / continuing education / WBT program has hundreds of courses. Do we need to enter every date and course using the online forms?
A: No - please call Seminar Finder customer service at: (805) 892-2386, or e-mail: Support@seminarfinder.com. We will work with you to get all your information into Seminar Finder the easiest way possible. We can upload large batches of courses & public dates at one time (note: there is a minimal surcharge for data handling).
Q: How do I get links from Seminar Finder to my Web site?
A: Upgrade your listing(s) to a "deluxe listing" mentioned above. You will have a link to your existing Web site from your Seminar Finder custom company information Web page.
